A clear sequence for your purchase

Tell us what you want to buy
Send the model, year, engine, budget and quantity, together with your country and destination port. Tell us whether you are a dealer and whether you already have a clearing agent.
Already have a shortlist? Send the vehicle links with your request.

Review the vehicle and quotation
Discuss the actual unit, its location, condition information and equipment. Ask what preparation work is included, then agree the price and delivery arrangement.
Choose EXW, FCA or FOB and confirm the named collection or handover point.

Confirm the PI and deposit
Provide the buyer details and payment currency for your Proforma Invoice. Check the seller and bank beneficiary before transferring the deposit agreed in your PI.
The agreed deposit is normally 30% or 40%; an inquiry alone does not reserve the car.

Prepare documents and shipment
Coordinate the agreed China-side work, export documents and forwarder arrangements. Check vehicle dimensions and loading before confirming a container or other suitable shipment.
The departure date depends on preparation, carrier space and the actual sailing.

Settle the balance and arrange release
Settle the remaining vehicle balance before loading. Check consignee details and document drafts, then follow the agreed handover and document-release plan.
Sea freight is paid separately to the shipping company. Your clearing agent handles arrival clearance.
