Buying from China

From your shortlist to shipment

A practical order sequence for your first vehicle purchase.

Start with your market

Speak with your destination clearing agent first. Then send us your preferred models, year range, fuel type, quantity, budget and intended purchase date. Tell us whether you are a dealer and whether you have an agent in China.

Agree on the vehicle and quotation

Shortlist vehicles from the catalog and request the current availability, photos and an itemized quotation. Used vehicles can sell while you are deciding. Confirm the exact vehicle, agreed condition, currency and included services before reserving it.

Confirm the order in writing

The pro forma invoice should identify the buyer, seller, vehicle, price, payment schedule and destination. Our first transactions are arranged on an FOB basis. The deposit percentage and final-payment deadline must be stated in your own invoice; complete the agreed balance before loading.

Prepare dispatch and arrival

Coordinate export preparation and booking after the order is confirmed. Sea freight is paid separately to the shipping company under the agreed arrangement. Keep the shipping documents and share them with your clearing agent ahead of arrival.

Shipment documents, costs and eligibility depend on the vehicle and destination. Confirm the current requirements with your clearing agent before placing an order.
